Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operation of our HR Information Systems.

Process volunteer's data like leaves and working hours.

Enroll new volunteers and enter information including contact details and job titles.

Design manuals and document data processing procedures.
Specific Requirements:
Education and Experience:
-
Work experience as an HRIS Manager or similar role.
-
Hands-on experience with HR database administration.
-
Familiarity with ATS Analytical skills.
-
BSc in Human Resources Management.
Skills/Abilities:

Willingness to take initiatives.
-
Strong project management skills.
-
Excellent in communication and presentation.
Commitment:

Minimum 1+ year of commitment for the unpaid / pro-bono position.

Attend Weekly Meetings: Virtual [MS Teams]

Time: Minimum 5 hours per week [excluding meeting time].
