It also offers community leadership opportunities to professionals. CLASS collaborates with its clients - the Non-Profit Organizations to help them realize their mission and create tangible value. CLASS offers business consulting services in Marketing, Strategy, Human Resources/ Organization, Finance and IT.
We are looking for motivated and committed individuals to join our volunteer-driven teams.
Position Type: Volunteering (All volunteering positions at The Class Consulting Group are unpaid). Temporarily remote due to COVID-19. '
General Responsibilities:

Uploads, Manages & tracks course materials, participants course completion records

Responds to all LMS work requests and all inquiries regarding training records/reports.

Ensure that all end users issues are resolved, including transcript issues, account request, and system functionality issues.

Knowledgeable and able to perform installation, configuration, upgrading, patching, and troubleshooting.

Act as the technical lead on all LMS matters. Interface with the LMS vendor on continuous basis to resolve any outstanding product issues.
Qualification and Requirements:

MBA HR with 8+ years of experience

Prior experience working with non-profit organizations

Strong leadership, communication, and follow-up skills

Familiar with Learning Management tools

Client/stakeholder relationship management

Positive attitude and commitment to projects
Commitment:
-
Minimum 1+ year of commitment for the unpaid / pro-bono position.

Attend Weekly Meetings: 2 in-person and 2 conference calls.

Time: Minimum 5 hours per week [excluding meeting time].
